Example setup · Final machine is matched to your material and product
We look at the material, sheet length, flatness and required output. Then we choose stop-cut, moving shear or flying shear for the most practical result.
These photos and videos show Rising Kirin equipment and workshop work. Your final line may look different because it will be built for your requirements.
Start with your usual coil, finished size and daily output. These examples show what changes between a flexible line, a higher-output line and a wider or heavier-duty line.
013/850 model range
For narrower coil and flexible cut-length production.
023/1650 model range
For mixed cold-rolled, coated and non-ferrous applications.
033/1850 model range
For wider coil where material strength and leveling demand drive the configuration.
Model data is based on the current technical parameter sheet. Final speed, cutting mode and line configuration are confirmed against the material and finished-sheet specification.
