Thickness, strength, strip widths and finished-coil size decide the drive power, slitter head, scrap system, tension unit and recoiler.
These photos and videos show Rising Kirin equipment and workshop work. Your final line may look different because it will be built for your requirements.
Start with your usual coil, finished size and daily output. These examples show what changes between a flexible line, a higher-output line and a wider or heavier-duty line.
011–6 / 2–8 model range
For higher-speed heavy strip production with engineered tension control.
023–12 model range
For lower slit counts where torque and tooling become more demanding.
035–16 model range
For the thickest published range, with the slitter head, drive torque and tooling selected around the real strip pattern.
Slit count and line speed vary with material strength, thickness, strip width, tooling and finished-coil requirements.
